5 Steps to minimize disruption. This allows you and your staff to be fully confident with each
step before moving on. Our Full Service includes the following:

Step 1: We assess your computer equipment, suggest any new hardware upgrades and order
any new equipment needed.
Step 2: We install and configure your Max Gold Scheduling and Billing Software (including
converting your TeleMed and/or previous scheduler patient information/appointments into
your new Max Gold software)
Step 3: We train you and your staff. Once trained, you begin using it and allow yourselves
time to build user confidence and become fully comfortable with the software. During this
time, we scan your paper patient charts and ready them for the next step.
Step 4: We install and configure your Max Gold EMR Software. (Including showing you how
to attach your scanned charts to the new electronic charts)
Step 5: We train you and your staff on the EMR software. Once trained, you begin
charting electronically.
